Anaïde Nahikian
founder
Anaïde is a certified barre instructor. She began her barre journey in the ballet studio, where she practiced classical ballet, jazz, and competitive dance from ages 3 to 17.
Later complementing dance with running, yoga, circuit training, and pilates, Anaïde found her passion in integrating movement, music, and mindfulness through form and physicality.
Over a decade ago, she discovered the barre method and began her practice through exhale®, the leading boutique barre studio across the United States.
Anaïde deepened her training and became barre certified in New York City with Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp — founders and leaders of exhale®, the Lotte Berk Method, and CoreBarreFit — as part of the exhale® Teacher Training Certification Program, the most credible, comprehensive, and in-depth barre teacher training program available. The exhale® certification program is three times the industry standard and is ACE, NASM, and AFAA-approved.
